Labour Compliance The Government of Rajasthan on August 28, 2024, issued a notification to declare a holiday for the offices located in the polling area on account of by-elections to 16 urban bodies on September 05, 2024.

There will be a holiday under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 in the offices located in the polling area so that the voters of that area can vote.

The State Election Commission of Rajasthan has declared the election program for conducting by-elections to 16 urban bodies (list attached) in 11 districts of the state.
