The Government of Maharashtra on August 07, 2024, issued the notification regarding the revised minimum wages for Security Guards in Nashik.
The following has been stated namely: -
• This is applicable on the registered exempt Security Guard/ Chief Security Guard/ Security Supervisor of the Nashik District Security Guard Board.
• The Dearness Allowance of the following have been stated namely: -
o Security Supervisor
o Chief Security Guard
o Security Guard
• Minimum Pay = Basic Pay + Special Allowance/Dearness Allowance
• The exempted agency owners are bound to provide security guards/Chief Security Guards/Security Supervisors other benefits as follows: -
o Gratuity Grant: 10% of minimum wage
o Gratuity: 4% of minimum wage
o Gratuity Leave: 6% of minimum wage
o Gratuity Leave: 1% of minimum wage
This is for the period August 01, 2024 to December 31, 2024
