The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoL&E) on August 28, 2024, issued the notification regarding the services engaged in the manufacture or production of mineral oil (crude oil), motor and aviation spirit, diesel oil, kerosene oil, fuel oil, diverse hydrocarbon oils and their blends including synthetic fuels, lubricating oils to be public utility service.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The period that the services engaged in the manufacture or production of mineral oil (crude oil), motor and aviation spirit, diesel oil, kerosene oil, fuel oil, diverse hydrocarbon oils, and their blends including synthetic fuels, lubricating oils is stated to be public utility services has been further extended
• The period has been extended for six months from August 28, 2024.
