Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Karnataka on August 28, 2024, notified Kaginele Development Authority Rules, 2024.

The following has been stated: -

•Rule 2 lays down various definitions of the terms like Proforma.

•Rule 3 specifies travelling allowance for Non-Official Members.

•Rule 4 specifies the Execution of Contracts.

•Rule 5 specifies Conditions for receiving funds from the Authority.

They shall come into force with effect from August 28, 2024.
