Labour Compliance The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on August 28, 2024, issued a corrigendum regarding strict verification and scrutiny of documents for Super Specialty Treatment (SST) cases.

The following has been stated: -

•In S.No. 01 of circular dated July 26, 2024, the following has been amended namely: -

Referring locations must conduct thorough checks, especially for High-Cost Treatment cases where the diagnosis date of the disease is before the date of registration in the ESIC system.
