Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Ministry of Finance (MoF) on August 30, 2024, amended an older notification No. 18/2022-Central Excise, dated July 19, 2022, related to the exemption of the Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) exported to Bhutan from the Special Additional Excise Duty (SAED).

The following has been stated: -

•In the Table, against S. No. 1, for the entry in column (4), the entry “Rs. 1850 per tonne” shall be substituted.

This notification shall come into force on August 31, 2024.
