The National E-Governance Services Ltd. (NeSL) on September 03, 2024, issued a circular regarding article updation for the State of Manipur.
The following has been stated: -
•The NeSL DDE users (Registered Banks and NBFCs), to take note of the article updation for Manipur State taking reference to communique No. NeSL/DDE/2024/0114, dated 09 January 2024.
•It must be noted that for non-debt related documents, our DDE Service can be extended only if one of the parties to the agreement/document is either a Financial Service Provider or a State/Central Government Department, as per the permission accorded by IBBI.
