The Indian Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL) on September 04, 2024, notified regarding the update on the Master Circular for Debt Segment.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It is in reference to SEBI’s Circular No. SEBI/HO/MRD/POD 3/CIR/P/2023/58 on ‘Issue of Master Circular by Stock Exchanges, Clearing Corporations and Depositories’ dated April 20, 2023.
• Members are informed that the master circulars are being reviewed and updated, as required. Accordingly, the Master Circular on Debt Segment, updated till July 31, 2024, is attached as Annexure-1.
• The Notices issued before this master circular and the existing master circular relevant to the segment shall stand rescinded.
