The Government of Karnataka on August 28, 2024, issued the Kitturu Development Authority Rules, 2024.
The following has been stated namely: -
• In order to execute the works or supply any materials, goods or render services on behalf of or in favour of the Authority, the rules and forms, if any, made by the Government from time to time, shall be followed.
• At the month of December every year, the Authority shall prepare a budget of next financial year, with annexures, as far as applicable similar to the form prescribed by the Finance Department of the Government
• The provisions of the Karnataka Financial Code, 1958 and the forms framed there under shall be applicable to the accounts of the Authority, mutatis mutandis.
This shall come into force on August 28, 2024.
