Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on September 02, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Amendment in Appendix 3 (SCOMET items) to Schedule- 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import Items, 2018.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The Annual SCOMET Update 2024 has been notified to amend Appendix 3 (SCOMET Items) to Schedule-2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import Items, 2018.

This shall come into force 30 days from September 02, 2024.
