The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on September 02, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Enhancement of operational efficiency and Risk Reduction regarding the Operating guidelines for Pay-out of securities directly to client demat account.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Operating guidelines for Pay-out of securities directly to client demat account – The detailed operating guidelines on Pay-out of securities directly to client demat account has been attached in the notification.
• Mapping of demat account in UCC database of Exchange – It shall be mandatory tor trading members to update primary demat account in UCC database of Exchanges for all clients.
