EHS ComplianceThe Government of Goa on September 05, 2024, notified the Goa Preservation of Trees (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2024 to further amend the Goa, Daman and Diu Preservation of Trees Rules, 1984.

The following has been stated-

•In rule 6A of the Goa, Daman and Diu Preservation of Trees Rules, 1983, for clauses (a) and (b), clauses shall be substituted.
