The Government of Himachal Pradesh on September 02, 2024, notified Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry (Amendment) Act, 2024 further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986.
The following has been stated: -
•In section 2 in clause (u), after the words “prescribed by”, the words and sign “the Rules,” shall be inserted.
•After section 55 the following section shall be inserted, namely: -
55-A. Power to make rules.
