Industry Specific Compliance The Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (KERC) on September 05, 2024, issued the notification regarding the approves to include STOA in Regulation

The following has been stated namely: -

• The Commission hereby approves to include Short Term Open Access (STOA) in Regulation 8.00 of Green Energy Open Access (GEOA) Regulations and in Clause 10.1 of the approved Wheeling and Banking Agreement (WBA) and also to adopt the WBA for STOA.
