Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on September 09, 2024, notified regarding the Guidelines in pursuance of amendment to SEBI KYC (Know Your client) Registration Agency (KRA) Regulations, 2011.

Clients whose KYC details have not been validated by KRAs, including both Aadhaar and Non-Aadhaar based OVDs, for submissions made between August 01, 2024, and August 31, 2024, will be prohibited from trading or closing their open positions on the Exchange starting September 21, 2024, until their KYC validation is completed. Any open positions will remain until they expire naturally on the respective contract's expiry date. The Exchange will flag non-compliant PANs, as reported by KRAs, as Not Permitted to Trade from September 21, 2024. Once KRA compliance is achieved, trading will resume on T+1, based on the information received from KRA.
