Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, (MCA), on September 09, 2024, issued a notification regarding the appointment date of the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023.

The Central Government hereby appoints September 10, 2024 as the date on which the provisions of the following sections of the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023 shall come into force, namely:

•sections 6 to 8 (both inclusive);

•sections 21 to 24 (both inclusive);

•section 28;

•section 30;

•section 34; and

•section 38.
