Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Goa, on September 09, 2024, issued a notification regarding the appointment date of the Goa Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2024.

The Government hereby appoints,—

•October 01, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of section 4 of the said Act shall come into force;

•April 01, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 3 of the said Act shall come into force.
