The Finance Department of Rajasthan on September 09, 2024, issued the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement (Amendment) Rules, 2024, to further amend the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Rules, 2013.
This shall come into force on September 09, 2024.
The following amendments have been made in Rule 43 namely: -
• In the table of sub-rule (6), the existing clause (iii) of column 4 against serial number 3 shall be substituted with “(iii) One all India level daily newspaper having wide circulation. The language of newspaper will be decided by the Procuring Entity as per the requirement of subject matter of procurement.”
• In table of sub-rule (7), the existing clause (iii) of column 4 against serial number 3 shall be substituted with “(iii) One all India level daily newspaper having wide circulation. The language of newspaper will be decided by the Procuring Entity as per the requirement of subject matter of procurement.”
• In the table of sub-rule (7), the existing clause (iii) of column 4 against serial number 4 shall be substituted with “(iii) One all India level daily newspaper having wide circulation. The language of newspaper will be decided by the Procuring Entity as per the requirement of subject matter of procurement.”
