EHS ComplianceThe Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) on September 10, 2024, issued the Environment (Protection) Second Amendment Rules, 2024 to further amend the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986.

The following amendments have been stated:

• In Schedule I, for serial number 55 and the entries relating thereto, the serial number and entries have been substituted.

They shall come into force on September 01, 2025.
