Secretarial Compliance The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on September 09, 2024, issued the Competition (Minimum Value of Assets or Turnover) Rules, 2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Minimum Value of Assets and Turnover has been stated namely: -

o The value of assets shall be rupees four hundred and fifty crore

o The value of turnover shall be rupees one thousand two hundred and fifty crore.

This shall come into force on September 10, 2024.
