The Pollution Control Board Assam (PCBA) on July 29, 2024, issued the notification regarding applying for Consent to operate for Dental Clinics.
The following has been stated namely: -
• All Dental Clinics (Health Care Facility) operating in Assam are directed to apply for Consent to Operate and Authorization through the Board’s Consent Management Portal.
• The unit has to pay a one-time ‘Consent to Establish’ fee along with ‘Consent to Operate’ fees with effect from FY 2021-22.
• The payment must be done 30 days from the issue of this notification
