Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on September 13, 2024, amended several older notifications related to exemption from Import Duty.

The following has been stated: -

•The Central Government, amends the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table below, to the extent specified in the corresponding entries in column (3) of the Table.

•This notification shall come into force from September 14, 2024
