Commercial ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on September 13, 2024, notified Ethylene Dichloride (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024 further to amend the Ethylene Dichloride (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

The following has been stated: -

•In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —

“(2) It shall come into force on the 12th day of March, 2025”.

It shall come into force on September 13, 2024.
