Labour Compliance The Employment Department, Haryana on September 02, 2024, notified regarding the submission of EMI ER-II Returns as on September 30, 2023.

All the establishments of the private sector shall ensure that they fill the biennial return ER-II based on the statistical return ER-I of September 30, 2023, and send it to the office by post or by email at [email protected], by September 30, 2024.
