The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers on September 13, 2024, issued the Textiles — Polypropylene (PP)/ High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Laminated Woven Sacks for Mail Sorting, Storage, Transport and Distribution (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024, to further amend the Textiles — Polypropylene (PP)/ High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Laminated Woven Sacks for Mail Sorting, Storage, Transport and Distribution (Quality Control) Order, 2023.
This shall come into force on September 13, 2024.
It states that in paragraph 1, sub-paragraph (2) shall be substituted with “(2)It shall come into force on the 6th day of December, 2024”.
