Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers on September 13, 2024, issued the Vinyl Chloride Monomer (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024, to further amend the Vinyl Chloride Monomer (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

This shall come into force on September 13, 2024.

It states that in paragraph 1, sub-paragraph (2) shall be substituted with “(2) It shall come into force on the 12th day of March, 2025”.
