Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange Limited (NSE) on September 11, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Enhancement of operational efficiency and Risk Reduction - Pay-out of securities directly to client demat account.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Securities for pay-out shall be credited directly to the respective client’s demat account by the Clearing Corporations (CCs). 

• Trading members are advised to strictly comply with the provisions as specified that are applicable to them.
