The Government of Himachal Pradesh on September 03, 2024, issued the Himachal Pradesh Private Educational Institutions (Regulatory Commission) Amendment Bill, 2024 to further amend the Himachal Pradesh Private Educational Institutions (Regulatory Commission) Act, 2010.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Section 13 which states “Annual Report” the following sub-section (3) has been inserted namely: -
“The Commission shall submit its recommendations of the annual report and annual accounts, as submitted to the Commission by the Private Universities in respect of each University every year to the State Government, who shall cause the same to be laid before the Legislative Assembly”
