Labour ComplianceThe Board of Practical Training (BOPT) on September 02, 2024, notified regarding the Submission of Claim Bills generated through NATS 2.0 portal as a part of reimbursement.

The following has been stated:

Establishments were previously unable to receive reimbursements for apprentices engaged through the NATS 2.0 portal for the period before April 1, 2024, due to errors in the claim bills generated on the portal. These issues included calculation and formatting errors, preventing correct bill generation. However, it is now confirmed that claim bills generated on or after July 1, 2024, are functioning correctly and are being processed by BOPT (ER).

Establishments that generated and printed claim bills before July 1, 2024, are requested to refresh their bills, submit them online again, and reprint the corrected versions. These updated claim bills, with signatures and seals, must then be resubmitted to BOPT (ER) for consideration. This applies to all establishments with active contracts on the NATS 2.0 portal seeking stipend reimbursement for claims before April 1, 2024.
