Secretarial Compliance The National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) on September 13, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Submission of the Action Taken Report (ATR).

The following has been stated namely: -

• The timelines have been revised and the deadline for the same has been extended to September 30, 2024.

• The Audit Period was between April 01, 2023, to March 31, 2024.

• The action taken report (ATR) for ‘non-compliant’ points should be submitted in the format enclosed as Annexure A and should be sent to [email protected].
