The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on September 13, 2024, issued the Textiles — High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) /Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging of 50 kg Cement (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024 to further amend the Textiles — High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) / Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging 50 kg Cement (Quality Control) Order, 2023.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Paragraph 1(2) which states the “Date of enforcement” has been substituted namely: -
“It shall come into force on the 6th day of December, 2024”
This shall come into force on September 13, 2024.
