The India International Depository IFSC Ltd. (IIDI) on September 18, 2024, notified regarding the Minimum Annual Billing at IIDI.
The following has been stated namely: -
• This is in reference to the Depository circular no. IIDI IFSC/DP/2022/007 dated August 01, 2022, related to the Fees and charges to Depository Participants and Issuers.
• It states that participants were informed that the Minimum Annual Billing (i.e., USD 75 Per Month) was waived off for the initial period of two years i.e., till August 31, 2024. To encourage active participation in market development, the above-mentioned Minimum Annual Billing shall continue to be waived till March 31, 2025.
