The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) on September 15, 2024, issued the notification regarding the enforcement date of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Deviation Settlement Mechanism and Related Matters) Regulations, 2024.
The following has been stated namely: -
• All the provisions except Clause 8 of Regulation 8 of the DSM Regulations, 2024 shall come into effect from 00.00 hours of September 16, 2024
• Clause 8 of Regulation 8 shall come into effect from 00.00 hours of November 01, 2024
• Until the period ending 24.00 hours of October 31, 2024, para 27 (3) (a) of the Order dated February 06, 2023 in Petition No. 01/SM/2023 shall continue to be in operation.
