•The instructions regarding the continuation of the ACABC (Additional Credit to Agriculture and Rural Banking) scheme for FY 2024-25 aim to enhance credit flow to agriculture and rural sectors.
•Some of the Key Highlights:
1. Continuation of ACABC scheme for FY 2024-25.
2. Eligibility: Commercial, Regional Rural Banks (RRBs), and Cooperative Banks.
3. Purpose: To incentivize banks to provide additional credit for agriculture and rural development.
