The Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, (MCAFPD) on September 18, 2024, issued notification regarding older notification.
The Central Government hereby makes further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, vide number S.O. 371(E), dated February 08, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), namely :-
•In paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2), for the words, figures and letters “by 30th September, 2024”, the words, figures and letters “by 31st December, 2024” shall be substituted.
•In paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (1), for the words, figures and letters “by 30th September, 2024”, the words, figures and letters “by 31st December, 2024” shall be substituted.
