The Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (MCX) on September 23, 2024, notified regarding the submission of Annual Returns and Annual Confirmations for FY 2023-24.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Members shall submit their ‘Annual Returns’ (including Financial Strength Details) and ‘Annual Confirmations’ for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2024 separately on https://memberreporting.mcxccl.com latest by October 31, 2024.
• It states that members having accounting year ending on any date other than March 31 are required to submit ‘Annual Returns (including Financial Strength details) and ‘Annual confirmation details’ within a period of six months from the close of accounting year followed by them. Such Members are required to inform about the different accounting year followed by them within 15 days of this circular.
