The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on September 18, 2024, issued the Submission of Annual Returns and Annual Confirmations for Financial Year 2023-24.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Trading Members are required to submit their ‘Annual Returns’ (including Financial Strength Details) and ‘Annual Confirmations’ for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2024, on https://member.mcxindia.com latest by October 31, 2024.
• The following has been stated in the Annexures namely: -
o Annual Returns Submissions
o Statutory Auditor Details
o Annual Confirmations
• Members having an accounting year ending on any date other than March 31 are required to submit ‘Annual Returns (including Financial Strength details) and ‘Annual confirmation details’ within a period of six months from the close of the accounting year followed by them. Such Members are required to inform about the different accounting year followed by them within 15 days of this circular.
• All submissions should be strictly in the format specified
