Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL) on September 23, 2024, issued a circular regarding the release of collateral.

The following has been stated: -

•NCCL shall permit clearing members to request that Cash/FDR/BG be released immediately until 7:00 pm on October 04, 2024.

•And it shall endeavor to release Cash/FDR/BG within one hour of the request received from the clearing member on an immediate basis on October 04, 2024 subject to collateral available for release post necessary margins checks.
