Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Haryana on September 19, 2024, notified the Haryana Municipalities (Amendment) Ordinance, 2024 further to amend the Haryana Municipalities Act, 1973.

The following has been stated: -

•In section 10 after sub-section (4), the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely: - 

(4A) (i) seats reserved for Backward Class ‘B’ in every Municipal Council/Committee
