Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on September 23, 2024, issued the p-Xylene (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024 to further amend the p-Xylene (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —

“(2) It shall come into force on the 19th day of March 2025”.
