The National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on September 20, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Modification in the Premium/Discount structure of the Guar Seed (Symbol: GUARSEED10) Futures Contract.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Futures contracts in Guar Seed (GUARSEED10) expiring in the months of September 2024, October 2024, November 2024, December 2024, January 2025, February 2025, and March 2025 are available for trading, and Futures contracts of Guar Seed (GUARSEED10) expiring in the month of April 2025 shall be available for trading with effect from October 01, 2024. The changes will be applicable for Guar Seed (GUARSEED10) Futures Contracts expiring in the month of December 2024 and thereafter from the beginning of day October 07, 2024
• The running futures contracts and contracts to be launched further shall be additionally governed by the Product Note.
• The following Annexures have been attached namely: -
o Annexure I - Summary of modifications in Premium/Discount for delivery location difference for Guar Seed (GUARSEED10) Futures Contracts expiring in the month of December 2024 and thereafter with effect from October 07, 2024
o Annexure II - Existing Premium/Discount for delivery location difference for contracts expiring in the month of September 2024, October 2024, and November 2024, and for contracts expiring in the month of December 2024, January 2025, February 2025, March 2025, and April 2025 till October 04, 2024
o Annexure III - Modified Premium/Discount for delivery location difference for Guar Seed (GUARSEED10) Futures Contracts expiring in the month of December 2024 and thereafter with effect from October 07, 2024.
