The India International Exchange (INX) on September 25, 2024, issued a circular regarding the Submission of the Net worth Certificate, Auditor’s Report & Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year ended on March 31, 2024.
The members of the Exchange are hereby requested to submit the Auditor’s Report & Audited Annual Accounts (i.e. Complete Annual Report including Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss Account) for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, as per the format prescribed by October 31, 2024.
The members are requested to note the following:
• Submissions of Networth Certificate, Auditor’s Report & Audited Annual Accounts (Complete Annual Report) are required to be made online in electronic format through INDIAINX Portal (IIEFS: INDIAINX Electronic Filing System) by October 31, 2024.
• The covering letter of the Networth Certificate and Audit report filings should be signed only by the Designated Directors / Compliance Officer of the member entity. The name and designation of the signing authority should also be mentioned therein.
• The INDIAINX Portal (IIEFS) link for updating / uploading the above will be made available from September 30, 2024, onwards. Further, provision has been made in IIEFS portal called IIEFS Alerts to include a particular email address for receiving alerts with respect to submission of Auditor’s Report & Audited Annual Accounts.
• Details regarding actions for non-compliance of the provisions of this notice are provided in Annexure-4.
