Commercial ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on September 23, 2024, notified Polyurethanes (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024 further to amend the Polyurethanes (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

The following has been stated: -

•In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following subparagraph shall be substituted, namely: — 

(2) It shall come into force on March 19, 2025

It shall come into force on September 25, 2024.
