The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, (TRAI), on September 25, 2024, issued an extension of last date of receive comments! counter comments on the consultation paper on Review of Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference regulation, 2018.
The deadline for stakeholder comments on the issues raised in the Consultation Paper has been extended due to requests for more time, citing the paper’s complexity and the need for thorough discussion. The new deadline for submitting comments is now October 9, 2024, while the deadline for counter comments has been pushed to October 16, 2024.
