The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on September 20, 2024, issued the amendment to certain Indian Standards (IS).
The amendment of the following IS have been established on September 09, 2024: -
• IS 517 : 2020 Specification for Methanol (Methyl Alcohol) (Third Revision) - Amendment No. 2 September 2024
• IS 7532 : 2018 Soft Soap — Specification (First Revision) - Amendment No. 1 September 2024
• IS 10512 : 2003 Method for Determination of Wax Content in Bitumen — Specification (First Revision) - Amendment No. 1 September 2024
• IS 11356 (Part 1) : 2023 Styrene-Butadiene Rubber Latex — Specification Part 1 Non-Carboxylated (Second Revision) - Amendment No. 1 September 2024
The IS shall be in force without the amendment till March 08, 2025.
