Labour ComplianceThe Government of Goa on September 26, 2024, notified the Employment Subsidy Scheme for Cashew Industry (First Amendment), 2024 further to amend the Employment Subsidy Scheme for Cashew Industry.

The following has been stated: -

•In clause 4 of the principal scheme in clause 4.2, the following sub-clause shall be substituted, namely: — 

Enterprises engaging a minimum of 60% of Goan manpower on regular employment are eligible for benefits under this scheme.
