Secretarial Compliance The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on September 27, 2024, issued an Update on the Introduction of the Custodial Participant (CP) code (excluding INST) in the T+0 rolling settlement cycle.

The following has been stated:

• It has been informed that the introduction of the Custodial Participant (CP) code (excluding the INST code) in the T+0 settlement cycle, previously scheduled for September 30, 2024, has been deferred. The revised implementation date shall be intimated in due course.
