The Government of Bihar on September 24, 2024, notified regarding the letter received from Women and Child Development Corporation, Government of Bihar.
The following has been stated:
• It has sent a letter regarding putting up a copy of the POSH Act and handbook on the department's website for compliance of Civil Appeal No. 1224/17 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013.
• The original copy of the letter received from Women and Child Development Corporation is being sent to you along with the attachment for your necessary work.
