Industry Specific Compliance The Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) on September 24, 2024, issued the Clarification regarding OTS Scheme Circular issued vide CC no. 35/2024.

The following has been stated:

• The interest chargeable on defaulting amount shall be at the rate of 10% per annum i.e. 1% higher than 9% as earlier approved in normal default cases shall also be applicable on the cases covered under para (iv) of Annexure 'A'.
