Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Gujarat on September 20, 2024, appointed the date on which the provisions of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2024.

The following has been stated:

• It has appointed October 01, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of section 4 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2024, shall come into force;

• It has appointed April 01, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 3 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2024, shall come into force.
